Radio frequency signal generator
Adopting DDS and PLL technique, with FPGA and SOPC system, TFG3600 Series synthesized signal generator can measure max 1.5GHz frequency, frequency accuracy up to 1ppm. It is indeed a strong assistant in the areas of education, laboratory, telecommunication and metrology, etc.
