The SUIN SS7402 Frequency Counter/Timer/Analyzer offers a higher display resolution-11 digits/sec and higher 25ps single-shot time resolution. An optional module 3.0GHz, 6.5GHz, 12.4GHz and 16GHz are available to CH3, standard connectivity of RS-232 and GPIB.
