Adopting DDS technique, FPGA and SOPC system, TFG3900A Series arbitrary waveform generator has excellent functions, such as it can make max 150 kinds waveform to meet your laboratory requirement, 500MSa/s sample rate and high accuracy make the test fast and easily. Compared with other signal generators, it has higher performance.

Dual channel outputs with identical performance

CHA and CHB can output totally same signals after setting same frequency, waveforms and amplitude, etc., which will be more convenient for synchronous signal testing and working efficiency enhancing.

150 kinds of built-in waveforms

TFG3900A supports outputting 150 kinds of waveforms, including Sine, Square, Ramp, Pulse, Noise, PRBS, etc. which meets the different testing requirements such as communication test, drive circuit, signal modulation, etc.

Modulation

Various modulation types such as FM, AM, PM, PWM, FSK, PSK, etc. can not only enhance the data transmission efficiency, but also reduce the influence to signal from noise and interference.

Frequency counter

7 digits/s, 350 MHz built-in frequency counter supports frequency, period, pulse width and duty cycle measuring.
