Frequency Counter
SS7301 Frequency Counter, with one standard channel, can measure up to 200MHz frequency, 10 digits/s resolution. It also have measuring functions of period. To meet RF measuring requirement, additional CH2 and CH3 can be added with high frequency options up to 40GHz.

Same with SS7000 Series Frequency Counters, SS7301 can also measure up to 200 MHz frequency on its standard channel (CH1). If users have higher frequency measuring requirement, optional high frequency channel can be also selected.
SS7301 has mathematics function including statistics and scale, which can help to evaluate the signal's conformity.
Up and Low limit function: Users can set upper and lower limit range on SS7301, when the measuring result is out of the limit range, “Limit”will light on, otherwise, it will light off.
Standard USB Device and RS-232 interfaces are configured with SS7301 for remote controlling.
