Q: How to download the measurement data from SA2300 to PC?

A:

Two ways can be used to download data. One is through USB flash drive, the other is through LAN.

Through USB flash drive: after users save the file by pressing and holding【MEAS】key, select from the main menu to enter the save list interface, which shows the creation time and file name. Press 【▲】【▼】keys to select specified files. After accessing the save interface, insert a USB flash drive and wait, then USB drive icon displays on the status bar, press 【F4】 (To USB) to copy the current selected files to the USB drive, then insert USB drive to the PC to view the copied files through PQA View software.

Through LAN: please refer to “How to connect SA2300 with PC” in the Service.

Q: Why is the time in the PQA View software always three hours more than real time start measuring?

A:

Please reset the time zone in the software to make it in accordance with the analyzer.

Q: Why are there no harmonic measurement data in the PQA report from the SA2100?

A:

In Logger function, there is a “ParamSelect” key as Fig.1 shown:

If users need to log harmonics, “Uharm” and “Iharm” should be selected as Fig.2 shown:

Q: I couldn’t transfer measurement data from SA2100 to USB disk. When I plug in a pen drive into the USB port, the USB button does not get highlighted and thus nothing can be copied. Please help me.

A:

Only USB disks with a capacity of less than 32GB and in FAT32 format can be recognized by SA2100. Please format your USB disk and plug it into SA2100 again, check whether “To USB” is highlighted, if yes, select the files you want to copy and press F2 to confirm.
